START EATING...

ALL THE HOURS PUT INTO COOKING, READING RECIPES AND WATCHING OTHER COOKS.... I CAN'T COMPLAIN BUT ONLY LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT MORE THIS CULINARY WORLD HAS IN STORE FOR ME. A CAREER CAN BE CHOSEN BUT TO ME COOKING WAS AND IS MY DESTINY.

IT'S TRUE, SOME DAYS ALL I WANT IS TO RELAX AND TRY TO CALM MY MIND FROM THE CONSTANT FLOW OF FOOD THOUGHTS BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS SO IT'S A PERFECT TIME TO REFLECT ON THE NEW THINGS I'VE LEARNED IN THE KITCHEN. COOKING REALLY NEVER STOPS, SOMETHING'S ALWAYS STEWING. ITS AN ENDLESS QUEST TO BE THE BEST, FIND THE BEST, AND EXPERIENCE THE BEST.

RESTAURANT WEEK HAS ENDED. THOUGH THERE WAS MUCH MADNESS, IT ENDED ON A GOOD NOTE. NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME TO VENTURE OUT AND GET INSPIRED. IF THERE'S ONE THING I'VE LEARNED, IT'S THAT NO MATTER WHAT, DON'T LET YOUR PASSION DIE. IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO TRY OTHER COOKS FOOD, THEN SOMETHING'S GONE WRONG... STAY INSPIRED.

LET'S BEGIN

COOKING HAS ALWAYS BEEN SOMETHING I KNEW I LOVED BUT UP UNTIL A FEW YEARS AGO, IT'S TAKEN A BACKSEAT. LETS BE HONEST THE PAY ISN'T GREAT AND THAT'S WHY SO MANY YOUNG ASPIRING CHEFS DON'T WORK IN THE KITCHEN BUT AS SOON AS I GOT ONE FOOT IN THE KITCHEN, I KNEW IT WAS HOME. MY LIFE HAD REALLY STARTED TO BEGIN. COOKING IS MY HEART. SO NOW I BEGIN A JOURNEY THAT WILL HELP ME GROW AS A YOUNG CHEF. I LOVE TO EAT, I LOVE TO COOK AND I LOVE TO LEARN. SO I'LL TRY AND KEEP POSTING ALL THE FOODS AND CULINARY ADVENTURES SO LONG AS I KEEP MY PASSION ALIVE....
